Portable Non-ablative Fractional Laser for skin resurfacing

LaserMe is a portable non-ablative fractional diode laser designed to effectively treat a variety of skin imperfections: superficial morphological defects including wrinkles and fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks and stretch marks.
It allows practitioners to treat all skin types quickly and comfortably, achieving results in non-ablative skin resurfacing and rejuvenation in few treatments.

HOW IT WORKS

LaserMe incorporates a diode laser with a wavelength of 1470 nm and a maximal fluence per Micro Thermal Zone of 50 mJ/MTZ, which
provides a significant non-ablative skin resurfacing by creating micro Thermal Zone into the dermis.
This technology helps replace damaged skin by healthy-looking tissue, thereby improving its appearance without any superficial damage.

HIGH WATER ABSORPTION

Lasers for non-ablative skin resurfacing are based on the theory of selective photothermolysis, which implies a site-specific, thermall y mediated injury of microscopic tissue targets, by the selective absorption of pulses of radiation by the chromophores.

Water is the primary chromophore (70% of the tissue) for the skin resurfacing treatment, as it has been found effective in
acne scars and stretch marks. The epidermis and superficial dermis can be selectively damaged by using midinfrared (IR)
lasers in the range of 1300 to 1550 nm, wavelengths at which absorption by water is weak enough that relatively deep beam
penetration is allowed.

HIGH WATER ABSORPTION

Non-ablative laser treatment for skin imperfections all ows to concentrate the light on the upper layers to break up scar tissue.
Thermal injury, directed at tissue water, most likely induces an inflammatory response with cytokine up-regulation and fibroblast proliferation.
Subsequent deposition of papillary dermal collagen in a parallel configuration accounts for the clinical improvement noted months after treatment .

A BROAD AND DEEP MARKET

Superficial morphological defects, acne scarring, stretch marks (striae gravidarum) and dermatoheliosis can have a huge impact on a person’s quality of life.

Neauvia Experts have designed LaserMe, a non-ablative fractional laser to treat a wide range of skin imperfections.
